Can I remain anonymous if I win the lottery in WI?
No, Wisconsin has an “open records law.” The lottery, upon request, must release the name and city of the winner, along with the prize amount. However, any other information about the winner will be released only with the winner’s consent and it’s a winner's choice if they would like to speak to the media.
